Overview:

Jane LI has been working in NTD since September 2013. She has been providing legal services related to intellectual property for many famous enterprises at home and abroad. 

Her areas of expertise involve trademark/copyright/unfair competition related civil and administrative litigation, investigation, administrative enforcement, complaint and raid actionassignment negotiation, border protection, internet infringement monitoring and complaint, copyright registration, domain name dispute and other legal consultation related to intellectual property. In many years of practice, Jane LI  has represented many famous Chinese and foreign enterprises in protecting their rights, handled multiple complex and challenging litigation cases, and assisted clients in successfully obtaining well-known trademark recognition and high damages awards. Cases represented by Jane LI were rewarded Beijing Top 10 Typical Trademark Litigation Cases of year 2022 and 2024.

• The "Extra" trademark infringement civil litigation represented by Jane Li, where well-known trademark was recognized and high damages were awarded, was rewarded one of the “Top 10 Typical Trademark Litigation Cases” of the year 2024 by the Beijing Trademark Association; 

• One trademark infringement civil litigation represented by Jane Li on behalf of a famous fashion and sports brand was rewarded one of the “Top Ten Trademark Litigation Cases” of the year 2022;

• Represented Japanese Sumitomo Corporation in trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation against a Foshan-based company, etc., obtaining well-known trademark recognition and award of high damages;

• Representative of Dior in multiple trademark infringement lawsuits against a Xiamen-based company, etc., securing a favorable judgment and damages despite the defendant owning registered trademark;
