概述：

Mr. Liu’s practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented multiple clients, including some gigantic multinational corporations, in patent procurement and reexamination. He has handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecution cases in pharmaceuticals, agricultural pesticides, foods, cosmetics and related areas. Mr. Liu has also drafted and filed many patent applications for domestic clients and helps the clients obtain patent rights in countries/areas outside China, such as USA, Japan, and Europe. Mr. Liu is a member of patent search team of NTD life sciences and chemistry group, and has many years of experience in prior art search, patentability and validity assessment, and Freedom to operate/clearance search and analysis.
