Overview:

Joined NTD in 2005, Ms. Yang's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. she has successfully represented multiple clients, including some gigantic transnational corporations, in patent prosecution. she has handled hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of Mechanism, Automatization, Image Processing, Communication. Ms. Yang's has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases. Ms. Yang' has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China.
