Overview:

Mr. Chen's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented domestic and foreign clients, including some gigantic transnational corporations, in patent prosecution. He has handled thousands of patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of polymer sciences, batteries, and metal materials. Mr. Chen has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases, and patent litigation cases. Mr. Chen has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA, Japan, and Europe.
