Overview:

Dr. Cai worked as a senior engineer for the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences from 1997 to 2002, focusing on mechanical design, and then joined NTD in 2002. In NTD, Dr. Cai has handled thousands of foreign and domestic patent cases and has experience in a wide array of patent law, including patent drafting and prosecution, patent reexamination, invalidation and infringement litigation, patent searching and analyzing, and the like.
