Ms. Wu joined NTD in 2017. Before then, she practiced as an Intellectual Property Attorney in the US mainly focusing on patent prosecutions, patentability analysis and freedom-to-operate analysis, during which she also involved in trademark applications and relevant disputes. After went back to China, Ms. Wu involves in various patent invalidation and administrative litigations, drafted opinions on patent validity, and assisted clients on patent prosecutions both in China and abroad mainly in biological and pharmaceutical fields.
