Overview:

Mr. Guo’ s practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution and patent drafting, and he has successfully represented some major corporations in patent prosecution.  With his rich experiences in the fields such as driving assistance, electronic circuits, electrical engineering, semiconductor, micro-electronics, MEMS, automatic control, telecommunication, image processing, computer engineering and applications, solar energy, etc., Mr. Guo has handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases. He has represented renowned clients in many patent reexamination cases, some patent invalidation and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Guo has also drafted patent applications for clients and filed patent applications in China and abroad, such as in Europe and the USA.
