Overview:

Before entering the field of Intellectual Property, Mr. Lin has nearly six years development & research experiences in the fields of network and communication, especially, three years in CCTV and three years in ZTE Corporation.

As a patent agent, Mr. Lin's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented some major IT and electrical corporations in patent prosecution. He has handled hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of communication, computer, networks etc. Mr. Lin has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Lin has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA and Europe.
