    Overview:

      After joined NTD in 2005, Vivien became a qualified Patent Attorney in 2007 and a qualified Attorney-at-law in 2010. Vivien further studied US Patent Law in a law school in United States and gained her L.L.M. in 2014. By far, Vivien has handled a large number of patent applications in chemical related areas, including Polymer Science, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. She has many experiences in patent drafting, prosecution and reexamination, patent invalidation and lawsuits. Being a member of patent search team of NTD life sciences and chemistry group, Vivien is experienced in conducting FTO search and analysis as well as providing patentability and validity assessment for clients.
