Overview:

Ms. Li QI joined NTD in 2007.  Her main technical areas are biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, and materials.  Li has extensive experience in patent drafting, patent prosecution and reexamination, as well as global patent portfolio management for cleints.  Her clients include some top-tier large multinational corporations in the chemical field and Chinese universities and research institutions.  Moreover, she is also experienced in strategic counselling, patent validity assessment, freedom to operate (FTO) analysis, patent oppositions/invalidations, and patent administrative litigation.  Li has been highly appraised by both domestic and international clients for the high-quality legal service she delivered.
