Overview:

Ms. Fan's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. She has successfully represented some major corporations including some gigantic transnational corporations to handle hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of machine design, control engineering, mechanical-electrical integration. Ms. Fan has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases. In addition, Ms. Fan has also drafted some patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and abroad.
