Overview:

Ms. Yao Zhang joined NTD Intellectual Property in 2007, specializing in cross-border IP legal services. She has handled over 24,000 trademark prosecution and enforcement cases, and is selected into the Senior Level‑1 Trademark Talent Pool by the China Trademark Association.

As an expert lecturer at NTD Academy, Ms. Zhang provides professional training on the invalidation and cancellation of registered trademarks for industry practitioners and in‑house counsel. She is frequently invited to IP seminars and delivers lectures on trademark strategy for enterprises.

With over 19 years of practice, she has extensive expertise in trademark prosecution, invalidation, and well‑known trademark recognition and protection. Ms. Zhang has advised numerous multinational corporations and Fortune Global 500 companies on brand protection, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of brand owners in China.
