Recently, IP enforcement officials from 6 cities held a conference on intellectual property law enforcement in Xinyang city, Henan Province, a signal of uniting the forces in protecting the IP across the province and in coordinating in IP protection.
At the meeting, representatives exchanged views on detailed measures, experiences and achievement made so far. They also discussed how to better enforce the IP under the current legal framework and protect the legal rights and interests of patentee. Discussions were also held as to how to maintain a fair and competitive market.
