Recently, the "patent information service platform for Bio-pharmaceutical Industry Base" was opened in Benxi of Liaoning province. The information system covers more than 34 technological fields and 68 search terms, including 40,000 domestic patent documentations and 20,000 foreign patent documentations.
The platform uses modern information search technology and can provide accurate, fast, simple search for bio-pharm industries. As a result of the study and analysis of raw material, extraction, processing, and application, the search can be more precise and efficient.
The establishment of the platform will promote the development of Liaoning (Benxi) Bio-pharmaceutical Industry Base, and solve the difficulty in searching and using patent information. Due to the sharing mechanism in patent information, it is easier for the local enterprises to follow up with the latest development and can avoid infringement dispute and repetitive research.
