The number of software copyright registrations in Beijing increased rapidly in the first half year. By the end of June 30, Beijing approved 10,556 registrations for software copyright, of which 4,357 were was approved by Beijing Software Registration Center, an increase of 237% compared with the same period of last year. There were 28,748 approved registrations for software copyright in the whole country.
Geographically, the top 5 areas with the most registrations for software copyright are: Beijing with 10,556; Guangdong Province with 3,668; Zhejiang Province with 1,602; Shanghai with 1,539 and Jiangsu with 1,315.
