A government-bank strategic cooperative system started in Beijing Shunyi District, which was set up by the Commerce and Industry Bureau of Beijing's Shunyi District and local major banks. Under the system, the financing channels are broadened that trademark, equity and movable property can be used to get loans from banks.
One example is to use the trademark QUANFU (全富 in Chinese) as pledge for 20 million Renminbi yuan and another example is to obtain 50 million Renminbi yuan by using the GONGFANGYUHONG(东方雨虹 in Chinese) as pledge.
It is learnt that there are 81 well-known marks and 337 famous marks in Beijing. Because of the mechanism, it becomes more convenient and easy for enterprises to obtain loans for further development by using their IP rights.
