Zhejiang Higher People's Court lately issued a notice, changing the jurisdiction over identification of well-known trademarks. According to the notice, other Intermediate People's Courts in Zhejiang Province will no longer hear civil disputes involving well-known trademarks except for two courts: one is the Intermediate People's Court in Hangzhou, the other is the Intermediate People's Court in Ningbo, This shall become effective as of the the date of issuance of the notice.
