Shenzhen recently released the "Implementation Opinions on the "Outline of National Intellectual Property Strategy", which provides 28 measures covering patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other related IP areas.
Meanwhile, Shenzhen will reform the IPR service system and enforcement system. An IPR operation center will be set up to provide "one-stop" IPR services to enterprises, make evaluation on the risks and efficiency of IPR in government-funded projects, and offer decision-making advice and solutions for major economic activities relating to IP.
Furthermore, Shenzhen plans to establish Individual Patent Exhibition, Patent Gold Award, Excellence of Patent at the high-tech fair to award those inventions and inventors which influenced the development of the society and influenced the IP development.
It is said that Shenzhen will further promote the enterprises to focus on the innovation and creation and produce more patented products and make more efforts to foster 100 enterprises with edging IP.
