Recently, the China Technologically Advanced SMEs Summit was held, on which Liu He, Chinese Vice Premier and member of Political Bureau of the Central Committeeof the Communist Party of China, said that the blossom of SMEs contribute the economic development in China. We will continue to create the good business environment.
In the speech, he stressed that as the main market entities, the SMEs have been playing a key role in safeguarding the stability of employment. It is a common rule that the economic development maintains the sound momentum at theplace where the SMEs have good effects. The SMEs full of vigor and the economicecology full of diversities are important for keeping the resilience of economy.
At present, the scientific innovations are matters of development and survival. The entrepreneurs shall focus on the technological innovations, and build the enterprises into “champions with unique talents” or “experts for supporting”.
As a Chinese proverb goes, the fish will come when the water is warm enough. Mr. Liu said that the government will continue to create the business environment favorable for the enterprises by enhancing the service, and cultivate and support the technologically advanced SMEs. Moreover, the capital markets will provide convenient conditions for them.
In order to promote the high-quality economic developments, we shall adhere to the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism, and uphold the “two unswervinglys” by fully putting the state-owned business into use, while encouraging and supporting the development of the non-public sector of economy. We will make unremitting efforts to protect the property rights and the intellectual property rights, to create a market-oriented, law-based international business environment. At the new stage, the coordination between development and security is designed to protect the fair competition, develop the well-organized capital market, and safeguard the consumers’ interests.
The entrepreneurs in China shall grasp the trend of economic and social developments, assay the situations, and undertake the due responsibilities from the overall national interests. They are also encouraged to promote their areas of expertise, overcome the multiple challenges, and forge ahead in aninnovative spirit to achieve the high-quality development.
