As People's Daily reported, firstly, the overall IP planning shall be promoted, like Strategy of Strengthening Nation through Intellectual Property and 14th Five-Year Plan. Secondly, the IP legal systems shall be improved. The level of rule of law of intellectual property shall be promoted. Thirdly, the quality of IPR creation shall be improved. Fourthly, the IPR protection shall be fully strengthened, and the high-standard market system shall be built up. Fifthly, the IPR creation shall be transformed to improve the efficiency in supporting the entity economy. Sixthly, the project of improving the public service capacity of IPR shall be implemented to better develop creation. Seventhly, the international cooperation and competition on IPR work shall be promoted to promote the opening-up. Eighthly, the foundation of IP work shall be solid. The management and service in IP area shall be improved. According to CNSTOCK, the meeting pointed out that CPC shall lead the IP work development, to satisfy the new requirements for China’s development. The government shall also implement multiple measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 by taking advantages of IP creation.
