Mr. Luo expressed a warm welcome to Righetti’s visit and introduced the general information of SPC’s IP Court. He said that the establishment of the IP Court was a major policy decision made with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, from the strategic perspective of building an intellectual property nation and a world technology power. As an important measure to deepen the judicial reform in an all-round way, the IP Court was of great and far-reaching significance. In light of the long-term cooperation and communication between China and AIPPI, Mr. Luo hoped that the two sides could further strengthen exchanges and cooperation to improve the IP systems. Righetti expressed her sincere thanks to such thoughtful arrangements as visiting the IP Court. She added that the IP Court would be beneficial to unify and stipulate the judgment criterion, to promote the modernization and development of the international IP systems, and she also expected more in-depth bilateral cooperation.
