“Dior's 3D Trademark Retrial Case” was heard on April 26, 2018, the 18th “World IP Day”. Ms. Tao Kaiyuan,  Vice President of the Supreme People’s Court was the chief judge of the hearing. The attorneys of NTD Law Office provided lots of evidence to prove  that the design of Dior’s three-dimensional trademark was special and has obtained inherent distinctiveness. Moreover, because of the continuous  widespread, extensive use and promotion, Dior’s three-dimensional trademark has enjoyed a high reputation  and obvious distinctiveness. Therefore  a favorable court decision was made.
