From July 28 to 29, 2018, the Directors Class Term II hosted by the Power-nation Intellectual Property Institute was held in Shanghai. The Class provided the high-level and practical training courses specially designed for the intellectual property (IP) professionals in the enterprises, including the IP directors, managers, division heads within the enterprises and science and research institutes responsible for IP, innovation and legal matters and the management people at the higher level. The experts invited are from the Power-nation Intellectual Property Institute, Globe-Law Law Firm, the Institutes of Science and Development of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhong Lun Law Firm, etc.
Ms. Cao Wen, senior partner of NTD Intellectual Property Attorneys and Principal of NTD Shanghai Office, was invited to give a lecture on “China’s Big Data on the Intellectual Property (IP) and the Impact of the Latest Development on Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy of the Enterprises”. Her presentation was based on her actual working experience and used the active cases. Ms. Cao also introduced the latest IP development and pointed out the key points to be attended to by the IP professionals in the enterprises.
At the salon after the lecture, Ms. Cao gave lots of constructive suggestions for solution of various problems encountered in the practical work, which were widely welcomed.
