Recently, the Hangzhou Court of the Internet (hereinafter the court), the first court of the internet in China, was officially inaugurated, which opens a new chapter in centralized jurisdiction and professional trial of network related cases. The establishment of the court is a significant institutional innovation to adapt to the tendency of internet development.
The court will provide the legal guarantee for exploring litigation rules, improving trial mechanism and efficiency, safeguarding network security, handling cyberspace disputes, and advancing the deep integration of internet, economy and society.
