Initiated by the Office of the National Leading Group on the Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting, the meeting for Cloud Sword Action was recently, held in Hangzhou. Delegates from 13 provinces and cities, Alibaba Group and related units presented at the meeting to discuss the action plan for cross-regional anti-counterfeiting.
It is noted that the Cloud Sword Alliance covers 13 provinces and cities including Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hainan, Guangdong, Fujian, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Guangxi and Hunan.
The meeting also released the Cloud Sword Alliance Declaration on Government and Enterprise Cooperation, aiming at enhancement of coordinative enforcement between government departments, cross-regional joint enforcement, and intellectual property protection publicity.
