Recently, the 2017 special action plan for network market supervision (hereinafter the plan) is released, according to which special actions will be launched from May to November. The special action will mainly focus on fight against infringement, counterfeit activities, misleading propaganda, acts of click farming and other illegal acts.
According to the plan, the working goal of the special plan is to give full play to the interdepartmental joint conference, further improve the supervising mechanism, urge internet trading platforms to assume the liability, create sound environment for market access, competition and consumption, and ensure the rapid development of internet economy.
It is noted that the special action will be implemented in 3 stages: stage 1, mobilization and deployment in May; stage 2, concentrated joint inspections from June to mid-November; stage 3, inspection summary from October to November. 10 departments will participate in the special action, including the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Commerce.
It is demanded that all regions and departments make solid deployment, improve the efficiency of monitoring, establish a good credit system, play the role of national credit information platform and national enterprise credit information publicity as supplement punishments, and report the working measures and substantial progress in time.
