Recently, the National Copyright Administration released the 10 cases concerning the fight against infringement and piracy in 2016.

Among these cases, “风雨文学网”case is the typical network literature case in the Sword Net 2016 Special Action, “汇梦影视茶吧”case is the first criminal case concerning bootlegging at the cinema and transmitting through internet, the app infringement case of“echo回声”is typical in improving the order of online music, and the case of Zou making and selling pirated books has resolutely fought against the infringing links of printing, sub packaging, bookbinding and book sales.
