Relying on the global patent database and patent examination and analysis talents of SIPO, the center will provide the national market with professional, accurate, and authoritative evaluation service and comprehensive financial service relating to IP.
With its patent applications ranking first for the sixth consecutive year, China has become an intellectual property power. However, the value of intellectual property remains uncertain, due to its inherent features of timeliness and intangibility. Therefore, the establishment of the center and the launch of evaluation system will help to provide a scientific basis for intellectual property evaluation, operation and protection.
