Recently, with the support from Ministry of Science and Technology，Ministry of Finance and 4 other government agencies, the strategic alliance for the technology innovation of national IP industry (hereinafter the alliance), consisted of 129 enterprises and universities and institutions, was officially launched.
The alliance will become the demonstrative base for the research and development in intellectual property industry, and a national industry alliance which integrates patent application, trademark, copyright, assets appraisal, rights protection and other related intellectual property services. The alliance also helps to build an enterprise-centered, market-oriented technology innovations system.
In future, the alliance will bring in more professional agencies to promote reforms in intellectual property field, improve intellectual property quality and the overall capacity of the whole industry. In addition, the Industrial Leaders Summit will be annually held to propose advice on laws and regulations, and to form a platform for direct exchange between service agencies and entrepreneurs. It is also pointed out that the alliance should focus on national strategic demands and key points in intellectual property work to improve quality and management, and to provide more effective support for economic and social development.
