Top 10 Domestic Enterprises regarding the filing of invention patent applications in 2016 include: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (4,906), China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (4,405), Leshi Holding Ltd. Beijing (4,197), ZTE Corporation (3,941), Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd. (3,778), BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. (3,569), Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai (3,299), Xiaomi Co. Ltd. (3,280), Nubia Technology Co., Ltd. (2,912) and State Grid Corporation of China (2,784).
Top 10 Domestic Enterprises in terms of the number of granted patents in 2016 include: State Grid Corporation of China (4,146), Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.(2,690), China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (2,555), ZTE Corporation (1,587), BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd.(1,228), Tencent Technology Shenzhen Co., Ltd. (1,027), Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai (871), PetroChina Co Ltd. (867), Lenovo (Beijing) Limited (763) and Shanghai Huahong Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (721).
