Recently, the Supreme People’s Court issued opinion on performing adjudicatory function to enhance judicial protection of intellectual property, which explores to establish intellectual property court of appeals and further perfect the judicial working system for intellectual property.
It is noted that China will actively amend related laws to improve intellectual property infringement compensation. At the same time, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou IP Courts will continue to take the leading and exemplary role to improve efficiency of intellectual property protection by accelerating the building of detached tribunal for intellectual property and advancing the three-to-one mode of intellectual property tiral.
