Recently, the Patent Enforcement Team of Guizhou Intellectual Property Administration (hereinafter GIPA) launched a joint enforcement action at China Exposition of Wine &Liquor, together with Guizhou Intellectual Property Complaint Service Center, Guiyang Intellectual Property Office, and Market Surveillance and Administration Bureau.
According to GIPA, detailed working plan was made in advance, including drawing up working procedures for complaints, organizing joint enforcement team, and inspecting venues of the exposition to locate intellectual property infringements. At the exposition, the joint enforcement team carefully checked each venue, and found 4 clues for suspected counterfeit cases.
