Recently, National Development and Reform Commission (hereinafter NDRC) started to solicit public opinions for the Anti-monopoly Guidelines on Abuse of Intellectual Property (Draft for Comment) (hereinafter the Guidelines). The Guidelines was drafted by the Price Supervision Bureau of NDRC with the purpose to establish the guiding rules to regulate the abuse of intellectual property, to improve the transparency in anti-monopoly enforcement, to provide the market with more reasonable expectations and to guide the operators to exercise intellectual properties properly.
From January 1, 2016 to January 20, 2016, the public can review Draft for Comment by getting access to the NDRC website http://www.ndrc.gov.cn and submit any comment to the Price Supervision Bureau of NDRC by wudm@ndrc.gov.cn or by mail to No. 38 Yuetannanjie, Beijing, 100824.
