In October of 2015, more than 1,200 delegates from home and abroad attended the China Trademark Festival in Haikou, Hainan Province. They represented the government, trademark agencies and enterprises.
NTD won the Awards of 2015 Outstanding Trademark Agency and award for Organizing China Trademark Festival. 2 cases handled by NTD were selected as 2014-2015 Outstanding Cases, one of which is related to administrative litigation in trademark and one is related to a copyright infringement case. Christopher SHEN, senior partner of NTD, chaired the session of Case Analysis of Typical Trademark Cases with speakers from Beijing IP Court, the Enterprise Registration Department of SAIC, the Trademark Reexamination and Adjudication Board.
China Trademark Festival is one of the biggest intellectual property events in China and in addition to Chinese companies and agencies, it has drawn attention of foreign companies and agencies.
