Recently, the National Advisory Committee for Building Manufacturing Power (hereinafter the Advisory Committee), was established in Beijing and it will serve as the think-tank for building manufacturing power in China.
It is noted that to establish a strong manufacturing power is the strategic step taken by the Chinese government for promotion of comprehensive national capabilities, security and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The establishment of the Advisory Committee is also an important arrangement for firmly pushing forward China Manufacturing 2025 Plan and constantly improving the scientific and democratic levels in decision-making.
