The working points of the 2015 national campaign against IPR Infringement and Manufacture and Sales of Counterfeiting and Shoddy Commodities (hereinafter the working points) will enhance the standards and procedures for regulating and transferring cases among agencies. A mechanism of information sharing among the administrative agencies, public security agencies, procuratorate agencies and courts will be established so that information can be shared; cases can be reported and transferred. The scope of information to be shared, the contents and time to docket the information will be clarified. A 3-level information sharing platform is to be constructed among the province, city and county, which shall be then shared with the relevant administrative agencies, public security agencies, procurarate agencies and courts of the same level.
