According to the working points of the 2105 national campaign again IPR Infringement and Manufacture and Sales of Counterfeiting and Shoddy Commodities (hereinafter the working points), China will either formulate or revise several laws, regulation or provisions, including but not limited to E-commerce law, copyright law, patent law, regulations for administration of drugs, regulation for customs protection of IP, provisions regarding the punitive measure for illegal acts of infringement via import and export.
The working points also define the efforts against the infringement and counterfeit acts through internet. The special campaign in the internet area will be extended to the end of 2015. A complete supervisory system will be established to administer the source of manufacture and processing. Key focus will be targeted at the major websites, in particular the online trading platform. Strict supervision will be placed on the cross border e-commerce.
