On April 2, 2015, the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of China published the full text of the Regulations on the Remuneration for Inventor-employee’s Invention（submission draft for review）to solicit the opinions from the social public. Any interested individual or party shall have the chance to read the text by going to the website http://www.chinalaw.gov.cn and submit their written opinions or comments. If email is used, the comments should be sent to ZWFM@chinalaw.gov.cn If regular mail is used, the comments should be mailed to P.O.Box 2067, Beijing,Postal Code 100035. The Chinese wording of “职务发明条例征求意见”(Opinions submitted for Regulations on the Remuneration for Inventor-employee’s Invention ) should be written on the envelope.
