According to the Joint Statement of Intent on the PPH Pilot Program between China’s State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and the Israel Patent Office (IPO), the SIPO-IPO PPH pilot program was officially started on August 1, 2014, and will last until July 31, 2016.
Under the SIPO-IPO PPH pilot program, applicants can file PPH Request to the SIPO or IPO in order to speed up the examination of their applications.
