On June 4-6, the 7th IP5 Heads Meeting was held in South Korea.
The meeting reached agreements on some topics including disclosure of patent information to the public, the transparency of policies of IP5, patent quality management conferences and patent coordination. The heads of the five offices also discussed the working plan on “Global Dossier” project and further cooperation of the five offices. They made commitment on continual cooperation to meet with users’ demands.
During the meeting, the five offices also held the third IP5 business-heads meeting. The industry representatives from 5 countries communicated and exchanged views with the heads of IP5.
