During this campaign, SIPO will collaborate with local intellectual property offices and Consumer Advice Centers to form a nationwide working mechanism.
According to SIPO, the campaign will be conducted in the following ways:
1 to delete or block the product links immediately when an obvious infringement act is found;
2 to delete or block the product links on the basis of advisory opinions or mediation or administrative decision when an infringement act is found to be complicated;
3 to investigate and handle passing off of patents in e-commerce field;
It’s learnt that the campaign will last from June to November in 2014.
