Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), Austria Patent Office (APO) and Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property Office (IMPI) jointly decided that their PPH pilot programs had been all extended. Requirements and procedures to file a PPH request remain unchanged.
The PPH pilot program will be extended for two years, i.e. until February 29, 2016.
