PPH Pilot Program extends its way between China and Germany

The Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) Pilot Program between the Patent and Trademark Office of Germany (DPMA) and the State Intellectual Property Office of the P. R. C. (SIPO) started on 23 January, 2012 and ended on 22 January, 2014 according to the agreement.

Recently both offices decided to extend the PPH Pilot Program for 2 years, i.e. until January 22, 2016.
