Recently, China’s first Intellectual Property analysis and appraisal service alliance was established in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The alliance was jointly initiated by 31 IP analysis and appraisal service companies and institutions.
The establishment of the alliance is assumed to improve the communication and cooperation between the member agencies and create a healthy competition environment by integrating the resources of IP analysis and appraisal service industry, and to normalize the IP services by establishing IP analysis and appraisal service standards under the government guidance, as well as to enhance the IP service efficiency by offering comprehensive services including patent prosecution, legal advice, IP commercialization, and IP consultation services, etc.
