Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and Henan People’s government signed an IP Cooperation and Consultation Agreement (hereinafter as Agreement).
The Agreement aims to promote the function of IP industry in innovation to improve economic development in Henan Province and the central China. It provides guidelines of cooperative and consultative working mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of IP creation, utilization, protection and administration in the whole province.
According to the Agreement, the IP cooperation and consultation working mechanism will be implemented in the Central Economic Zone, the Core Area of Food Production and the Comprehensive Economic Experimentation Area of Zhengzhou Air Harbor in Henan Province.
