Recently, Shanghai Asia-Pacific IP Central Business District (hereafter as Shanghai Asia-Pacific IP CBD) officially launched in Pudong area of Shanghai. The establishment of the Asia-Pacific IP CBD is promoted, invested, constructed and operated by private enterprises and non-governmental capital and will create a advanced comprehensive platform for technology and financial service, aiming to promote the combination of IP projects, scientific and technological achievements and non-government capital in the future.
According to the plan, the whole project will include establishment of an IP Square, IP talent training base and industrialization base. Upon completion of construction, IP services, professional technology service, and investment and incubation service for innovative enterprises will be provided to innovative enterprises.
