According to the recently-held China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference, offshore service outsourcing undertaken by China has maintained an annual increase of more than 60% for the past four years, and its share in international market has been increased year by year.
Official from the Ministry of Commerce（MOFCOM) said, in order to further optimize the environment for service outsourcing industry, more supporting polices will be introduced and developed by Chinese governments; the exemplary role of model cites will be developed and continued; the innovation of service outsourcing enterprises will be encouraged; a talent training system covering the whole industrial chain of service outsourcing will be established and protection for IP and information security will be strengthened.
It is reported that in 2012, the world market for all offshore service outsourcing was estimated to be about 121.7 billion US dollars, 33.64 billion of which was created in China, accounting for 27.6%.
