Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office(SIPO) released the Training Plan for 2013 National Intellectual Property Talents (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”).
Based on the National Medium and Long-term Talent Development Plan (2010-2020) and the 12th Five-Year Plan for IP Talents (2011-2015), the Plan will provide hundreds of training classes to different groups and individuals, including leaders of the party and government officials, employees of enterprises and institutions and IP service personnel. Topics will cover national IP strategies, national development plans for strategic emerging industries, IP law & management, IP assessment and pledge financing, patent information utilization, among others.
