In celebrating the 10th anniversary of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO), Chinese State Leaders expressed the strong determination that China will adhere to the open-up policy and create a more favorable environment for the market.

In order to create a better environment for market development and foreign investment, the State Leaders require that a long-term mechanism should be maintained for the protection of intellectual property.
