The State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) recently announced that 478 marks were recognized as well-known trademarks in China.
Of all the 478 marks, 350 marks were determined by Chinese Trade Mark Office (CTMO) in trademark administrative cases; 28 marks by trademark opposition, and 100 marks were determined in reexamination of trademark opposition or trademark disputes by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB).
The well-known marks include both the Chinese owners and foreign owners.
